Terms and Conditions
Personal sessions: I will always do my best to be available at the time of your appointment. Should circumstances dictate otherwise I’ll let you know by phone, text or email. You agree to attend at the agreed time, and to pay the agreed fees either in advance or within 24 hours of the appointment.
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy so (emergencies excepted) the full fee will be charged if you miss or cancel a session within 24 hours of the agreed time.
If I have to miss or cancel a session at short notice the full fee will be refunded to you or applied to our next appointment.
A periodic increase in fees will be discussed and agreed with you.
In exceptional circumstances, should I have to terminate the work with you, I will give you advance notice of at least three months so that we have time to work towards closure.
Workshops and Retreats
A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking, and will only be refunded should the event be cancelled. Full payment is normally due before the event starts, or may by special arrangement be paid on arrival. In the unusual circumstance of you deciding to leave before the event is completed, no refund will be given.
Disclosure of Information
It is also important that you disclose any relevant medication, psycho-active drug use, or any mental, physical or emotional condition that might affect your interaction and ability to listen to and respect others in the workshop, and to care for the venue itself. The organisers, facilitators, and owners will not be responsible for any outcome as a result of such information not being made clear, and reserve the right to request your departure should they deem necessary for your own or others’ well-being.
It is highly recommended that you take out travel and medical insurance when you attend residential events.
