February 3rd dinner to 5th teatime 2012

Join us at beautiful Redhill House, Camerton, near Bath, Somerset, for an in-depth experience of The Work of Byron Katie, bringing focussed, powerful and gentle inquiry to your fearful, self-critical, judgemental thoughts, and thereby freeing your heart to sing with joy. And as you come to know your mind, your world becomes a kinder and more peaceful place. You'll come away with tools to facilitate yourself and others in any situation.

From Friday evening dinner, to Sunday afternoon teatime, Tamara will bring her wisdom and experience to support your inner journey as you inquire into stressful thinking around your body - looks, health, pain, food, eating, addictions, and relationship - while Charlotta will invite us to enjoy Yoga and meditation, and specially-catered Ayurvedic cuisine. Ayurveda, a sister science to Yoga, means "The Complete knowledge for a Long Life"; it consists of a simple yet profound understanding of how food can heal us on every level if eaten according to season, body type, mental state and constitution.

You can choose comfy residential, or tuition only (9am - 6pm). (gives you 12 hours towards ITW Certification)

Sample timetable: 7.30 - 8.30 yoga, breakfast, 9.30-1.00 inquiry, 1.00-2.00 lunch, 2-3.00 yoga, 3-6.00 inquiry.

Relationships Intensive 5-day Retreat
